TRMC staff from Patient Financial Services and Patient Access had a 100 percent pass rate for Certified Patient Account Representative (CPAR) and Certified Financial Counselor (CFC) examinations. The statewide pass rate for these examinations, administered by the Georgia Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), is 50 percent. Megan Robinson with Patient Financial Services even had the highest CPAR score in the state. Congratulations to all.
