Family physician John DeSimone, M.D. and nurse practitioner Sonia Wiggins, FNP-C welcome physician assistant Randall Campbell, PA-C to HealthPlus. With more than 15 years of experience as a mid-level provider, Campbell is available to provide primary care for family members of all ages. His services include management of chronic diseases, routine gynecology, acute illness care, complete physical exams and wellness education.

Campbell holds biology and physician assistant degrees from Trevecca Nazerene University, Nashville, TN. His work experience includes rural family medicine in Ellaville, GA and internal medicine in Albany, GA. Campbell is certified by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

HealthPlus, a service of Tift Regional Medical Center, is located in Ashburn at 611 E. Washington Street. HealthPlus offers primary care services and diabetes education and support. Podiatrist Hoang Lafayette, D.P.M. is also available to see patients with foot and ankle disorders.
